Warranty


1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The warranty is the right acquired by the Buyer at the time of signing the Agreement to free replacement of a spare part (hereinafter - the Product), which is recognized as not meeting the technical requirements of the manufacturer due to a manufacturing defect.

2. WARRANTY TERMS.

2.1. The warranty period for Goods for trucks, buses and trailers/semi-trailers is (from the moment of sale by the Seller):

2.2. The Seller's warranty obligations are fulfilled subject to the Buyer's compliance with the following requirements:

2.2.1. Submission of a document confirming the purchase of this Product from the Seller.

2.2.2. Issuance of an order for the installation of the Product on a car at a service station and a completed claim.

2.2.3. Providing a technical opinion of the service center about the inoperability (defect) of the Product. In the case of warranty claims for parts of electrical (electronic) measurement and regulation systems, a printout or photocopy of the error protocol of the car diagnostic program must be provided. Such parts include: sensors, electric valves, pneumatic valves and pneumohydro boosters equipped with electronic parts, electro-viscous couplings, etc.

2.2.4. Correct operation of the car, without operational overloads.

2.2.5. Car maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.

2.3. The warranty for the Product is not extended in the event of:

2.3.1. Normal product wear.

2.3.2. Damage to the Product due to an accident or careless operation.

2.3.3. Damage, including suspension and steering, caused by improper operation.

2.3.4. Brake noise (squeal).

2.3.5. External damage to Products that are lighting devices.

2.3.6. Defects, malfunctions or corrosion of the Goods caused by the influence of industrial and chemical emissions, acid or alkaline air pollution, plant sap, waste products of birds and animals, chemically active substances, including those used to combat ice, natural phenomenon (hail) . , lightning, etc.)

2.3.7. Absence in the order-order for the installation of the Product on the car, notes on the performance of work, which are associated, among other things, with the mandatory replacement of other parts, without which the Product may fail.

2.3.8. Loss of the warranty card for the purchased Product, if it is included with the Product.

2.3.9. Arbitrary interference with the construction of the Product covered by the warranty.

2.3.10. Provision by the Buyer of an incomplete set of Goods.

3. WARRANTY CLAIMS PROCEDURE.

3.1. The buyer has the right to demand the replacement of the Product during the warranty period, subject to compliance with the terms of this Regulation.

3.2. The Buyer informs the Seller about the occurrence of a warranty event in any form convenient for him.

3.3. To consider a warranty claim, the Buyer, along with the Goods and packaging, provides documents in accordance with Clause 2.2 of this Regulation.

3.4. The term for consideration of warranty claims is 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receipt of all materials.

3.5. The seller has the right to conduct an independent examination of the faulty (defective) Product in case of disagreement with the technical opinion of the service center that provided it.

4. PROCEDURE FOR FULFILLMENT OF WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS.

4.1. The Seller examines all the materials provided and informs the Buyer about the procedure for warranty replacement or about the refusal to recognize a warranty case with the justification of such a decision.

4.2. In the event of a decision to satisfy the warranty claim, the Seller informs the Buyer about this and supplies the Product replacement for the defective one within 7 (seven) calendar days.

4.3. If it is not possible to replace the defective Product, the Seller returns the actual paid price of the Product to the Buyer against the return invoice.

4.4. During the period of the Seller's review of the warranty case for the Goods, the Buyer's purchase of similar Goods from third parties is not a basis for returning money to him, even if the Seller subsequently recognizes the warranty case.

4.5. When satisfying a warranty claim, the Seller's liability is limited exclusively to the value of the Goods.

Exclusion: Wheel rims. impossibility of balancing.
